In summer, we offer a variety of homemade and freshly prepared dishes, such as tarte flambée, salads, pancakes, and much more. We also regularly offer changing daily specials.

 

We try to use regional products in as many dishes as possible, such as smoked trout from the Ahr River. We source our meat from a butcher in the neighboring town. Our daily specials regularly feature local game. Milk and eggs come from a nearby farm, among others, and our honey comes directly from Sötenich.
